Operational scope centered on Finance business units and the Global Planning Utility, with a dedicated team that provided architecture, development, and ongoing support for Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos Analytics assets. Governance and rollout practices focused on training and developing TM1 finance professionals, formalizing deployment processes for model changes and report releases, and establishing stewardship for analytic content and data definitions.
