In 2022 American Pacific Mortgage implemented CGM ALBIS as a centralized Medical Practice Management application. The deployment positioned CGM ALBIS as the administrative backbone for scheduling, patient demographics, billing and claims administration, and appointment management across the organization in the United States. The implementation narrative centers on using CGM ALBIS to standardize front office workflows and core administrative functions within finance and operations groups.
CGM ALBIS was configured to support canonical Medical Practice Management capabilities, including appointment scheduling, patient registration and demographics, electronic billing and claims management, accounts receivable workflows, and operational reporting. Configuration work emphasized data model alignment for patient records and billing rules, automated claim batching and status tracking, and role based access for administrative, billing, and front desk users. These module selections reflect common category workflows for Medical Practice Management systems.
American Pacific Mortgage operates an enterprise data protection posture in parallel with application deployments, and the organization uses Commvault Cloud to protect mortgage processing systems, SQL farms, and other critical financial services workloads in the United States. Governance focus during rollout concentrated on standardizing administrative processes, centralizing billing policies, and establishing role based workflow approvals for claim submission and reconciliations. Operational coverage targeted administrative and revenue cycle teams, with change control and operational support processes aligned to ongoing application configuration and reporting needs.

In 2015, American Pacific Mortgage implemented Domo as its Analytics and BI platform to centralize dashboarding and executive reporting. The deployment positioned Domo as the front end for business reporting and intelligence functions while retaining SSRS for paginated report development and delivery.
Development and configuration work focused on building dashboards in Domo and developing reporting in SSRS, with SQL Server as the transactional and reporting database. Engineers created SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to shape data for dashboards, and authored SQL Agent jobs to schedule data refresh and ETL processes. SQL database management was performed through SSMS and development artifacts were maintained using Visual Studio, aligning database object lifecycle with application-level dashboards in Domo.
Architecturally the implementation was organized with Domo consuming curated SQL Server views and stored procedures, SSRS producing formatted reports, and SQL Agent orchestration handling load and refresh cadence. Governance centered on database change control and report development processes, using SSMS and Visual Studio for configuration management and operational support for the Analytics and BI stack.
