Operational setup included terminal configurations for servers and managers, cash payout procedures, and support for allergen and ingredient annotations used during pre shift briefings and staff training.
Operational readiness drew on in house management practices, with the restaurant manager leading pre shift meetings, ongoing server training, and nightly reconciliation processes. Staff experience with PosiTouch, TOAST, OpenTable, and TripleSeat informed workflow decisions and training materials, and helped align Shift4 POSitouch POS configuration with existing front of house reservation and event hosting procedures.
