Operational readiness drew on in house management practices, with the restaurant manager leading pre shift meetings, ongoing server training, and nightly reconciliation processes. Staff experience with PosiTouch, TOAST, OpenTable, and TripleSeat informed workflow decisions and training materials, and helped align Shift4 POSitouch POS configuration with existing front of house reservation and event hosting procedures. Governance centered on manager owned operational controls, cash handling policies, and documented nightly reporting routines, with the manager responsible for payouts and labor reporting. The implementation narrative links Amerigo Italian Restaurant, Shift4 POSitouch POS, Point Of Sale, and restaurant operations to clarify the platform role in order capture, payments, staff workflows, and back office reporting.
