Governance and process changes emphasize provider engagement routines and oversight, implemented through Joint Operation Committees for Tier 1 and Platinum providers, provider refresher training, and annual provider satisfaction survey processes. Subject matter experts are designated to research complex provider issues and to drive meeting level governance for provider contracts and ongoing operational monitoring, aligning Facets data and workflows with programmatic provider relationship management.
