The program standardized business functions for new business intake, policy servicing and claims adjudication to create consistent end to end processing within the platform. Rollout was executed as a staged, multi year program, converting existing in force policies incrementally and instituting standardized process governance for underwriting and claims. Public reporting on the program framed EIS OneSuite implementation as delivering increased automation and reduced operational cost.
