The implementation aligned policy lifecycle management with underwriting rules and new business intake workflows, using EIS OneSuite to centralize administration and operational automation.
Operational coverage included underwriting, policy servicing, billing and claims teams across New Zealand, with EIS OneSuite operating as the central Insurance ERP platform to orchestrate lifecycle workflows. The program standardized business functions for new business intake, policy servicing and claims adjudication to create consistent end to end processing within the platform.
Rollout was executed as a staged, multi year program, converting existing in force policies incrementally and instituting standardized process governance for underwriting and claims.
