In 2012, Amnesty International engaged Touchstone Group to extend its Infor SunSystems deployment by implementing the TouchstoneFMS iPOS Procurement module as part of a new procurement policy. Infor SunSystems is the organization’s ERP Financial application, and the engagement focused on adding structured order to pay workflows and procurement analytics to the existing financial platform.
Touchstone Group's TouchstoneFMS team specified, demonstrated, and implemented the iPOS Procurement module, selected for TouchstoneFMS's third sector experience and close relationship with Infor. The iPOS module delivers end to end order to pay process workflow for all business processes and includes process and procurement analytics, configured to align with Amnesty International procurement policy and approval rules.
Architecturally the implementation provided native, seamless integration with Infor SunSystems, enabling procurement transactions, purchase orders, and invoice data to flow into the ERP Financial records and supporting transaction streams. Operational coverage included procurement, accounts payable, and finance business functions, consolidating purchase ordering and procurement reporting within the SunSystems environment.
Governance and rollout were led by TouchstoneFMS as the implementation partner, providing technological support through specification, demonstration, and implementation phases to enforce the new procurement policy. TouchstoneFMS described iPOS as the only procurement product built exclusively for SunSystems and stated it delivered business benefits with the lowest cost of ownership for procurement on SunSystems.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2018 |
In 2017, Amnesty International implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as a global cloud-based HR system. The deployment targeted Core HR and was led by the organization’s HR lead, using a phased roll-out to cover the United Kingdom headquarters and worldwide HR operations for roughly 320 employees.
The implementation included Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules for Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Talent, and Performance, configured to centralize employee master records, absence management, benefits enrollment, talent profiles, and performance review workflows. Configuration work emphasized a canonical personnel data model, entitlement and leave rules, benefits plan configuration, and appraisal cycle automation consistent with cloud HCM capabilities. Oracle Cloud HCM was used to consolidate Core HR for HR and talent management business functions.
Operational scope focused on HR and talent management, with the HR department owning master data governance, access controls, and role-based permissions in the cloud environment. The phased roll-out sequenced foundational Core HR services first, followed by Absences and Benefits, and culminating with Talent and Performance module activation to manage adoption risk. Workflow automation included absence request approvals and standardized performance review routing typical of Core HR implementations.
Governance was centralized under the HR lead, who coordinated policy harmonization, stakeholder engagement, and phased go-live scheduling across business units and regions. Change management emphasis was on process standardization and operational handover to HR teams for ongoing administration.

| Zoom Video Communications | Legacy | Zoom | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Amnesty International deployed Zoom for Audio Video and Web Conferencing. Amnesty International uses Zoom on its website to surface web based meeting access for public briefings and to support internal collaboration, establishing Zoom as the organization s primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing application.
The Zoom deployment centers on core meeting and webinar capabilities, including scheduled and ad hoc meetings, live video and audio streaming, chat and screen sharing, session recording and playback, and breakout room facilitation. Configuration focused on feature toggles and host controls consistent with standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing workflows to manage participant experience and content capture.
Operational coverage extended to communications, campaigns, advocacy and human resources teams based in the United Kingdom, with web embedded meeting access used for public facing events and stakeholder briefings. The implementation emphasized web based entry points from the Amnesty website to streamline public attendance and to provide direct meeting links for remote contributors.
Governance framed the rollout through role based host permissions, meeting access policies and content moderation processes, together with centralized account provisioning and administrative controls to maintain consistent settings across teams. The approach prioritized standard conferencing governance and operational procedures appropriate for a nonprofit using Zoom for both external engagement and internal collaboration.
