Deployment relied on Google Voice embedded in the site contact flows, providing click-to-call links and inbound call routing to company endpoints. Functional modules configured included inbound call routing, call forwarding to mobile numbers, voicemail and basic call screening, consistent with PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems workflows. Operational coverage focused on customer support and sales functions within the manufacturing business, and administration was managed through the Google Voice admin console alongside updates to the web contact pages.
