Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support multinational financial close and procurement orchestration consistent with ERP Financial functional expectations.
Amplifon engaged Oracle Customer Success Services as its innovation partner to guide the rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and it operationalized Oracle Mission Critical Support for SaaS to manage application performance and supplier interactions with the support organization. Oracle Guided Learning was integrated to provide contextual, in-application help and to increase system utilization, aligning user training with live workflows.
Governance and operational change focused on centralized application stewardship, standardized processes for finance and procurement, and guided adoption through embedded learning and mission critical support. The combination of Oracle Customer Success Services, Oracle Mission Critical Support for SaaS, and Oracle Guided Learning supported Amplifon in optimizing application performance, improving interactions with its support team, and increasing system utilization as part of the ERP Financial rollout.
