In 2021 Amr Ict implemented Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365, a Digital Signing solution, to centralize email signature management for the 30 person professional services firm based in the Netherlands. The deployment targeted company wide standardization of outbound email branding and signature consistency across roles and departments within Amr Ict.
The implementation configured centralized signature templates, a template designer for marketing and compliance teams, and rule driven signature assignment based on user attributes. Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 was configured to apply server side signatures and to host signature templates in the vendor cloud, using policy rules to differentiate signatures for sales, support, and executive roles.
Operational integration focused on Office 365 mail flow and the Office 365 user directory to populate contact and job data into templates, enabling automated assignment for existing employees and new hires. The rollout covered the full organizational scope in the Netherlands and included staged template publishing, controlled previewing, and signature testing against live mail flows before broad activation.
Governance was organized around role based access for IT and marketing, a template approval workflow for compliance reviews, and automated onboarding rules to ensure signatures follow corporate branding and legal footer requirements.
