| E2open | Legacy | E2open Logistyx Platform | Shipping Management | eCommerce | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, AMS Fulfillment implemented E2open Logistyx Platform. The E2open Logistyx Platform was adopted to provide Shipping Management capabilities across AMS Fulfillment's U.S. fulfillment network.
The implementation focused on core Shipping Management modules including carrier selection and rate shopping, rules-based shipment orchestration, multi-carrier support, and label generation workflows consistent with enterprise shipping orchestration patterns. E2open Logistyx Platform was configured to centralize shipping rules and automate parcel and less-than-truckload routing, and the full application name E2open Logistyx Platform is referenced in operational documentation.
Integrations were aligned with existing labeling and floor sorting processes, including explicit use of ProShip for label printing and order sorting that supported roughly 3,000 customer orders per day in operational testing and day-to-day fulfillment activity. Operational coverage extended across warehouse floors and distribution sites throughout the United States, and the platform was positioned to support fulfillment, operations, shipping, and customer service workflows.
Governance centered on a centralized shipping rules engine and departmental workflow handoffs, with configuration controls to manage carrier rules, label formats, and routing logic. Rollout and configuration emphasized modular enablement of carrier and label capabilities to fit AMS Fulfillment's operational cadence without introducing new named third party implementation partners.
