In 2020, AmSpec implemented Sage Lockstep as its AR Automation platform to address chronic contact management gaps that undermined collections workflows. The implementation targeted Accounts Receivable operations after a previous homegrown approach allowed inconsistent contact creation and frequent entry of buyers and schedulers instead of authorized AP contacts.
The deployment centered on Lockstep Collect for contact ingestion and outreach automation, with configuration to pull AP contact information directly from the company ERP, Sage X3. Lockstep Collect was also configured to send targeted email notes to schedulers and buyers requesting correct AP contact information, aligning contact data capture with collections messaging.
Integration with Sage X3 established a single source for payable contact records, and operational coverage included AR and collections teams, field staff who previously entered contact records, and external buyer and scheduler roles. The implementation focused on standardizing contact governance and routing so that open statements and billing communications reached authorized AP personnel rather than procurement or scheduling contacts.
Governance changes and automated outreach improved data quality, increasing correct AP contacts from 20% to 75%. Once accurate contacts began receiving open statements, AmSpec reported collections behavior change, including a 12.5% decrease in DSO and an increase of 10.1 million dollars in working capital, outcomes attributed directly to Sage Lockstep and the AR Automation configuration.

In 2021, AmSpec implemented Adobe Experience Manager for Digital Asset Management on its corporate website. The deployment is centered on a web facing asset repository that supports site media and marketing content delivery.
Adobe Experience Manager is configured to provide centralized asset ingestion, metadata and taxonomy management, version control, and automated rendition creation across multiple formats. The implementation leverages core Digital Asset Management capabilities such as searchable metadata, tagging, previewing, and content authoring workflows to manage images, documents, and web media.
Operational coverage is focused on the public website and is aligned to marketing and web content teams for publishing and asset lifecycle management. The configuration emphasizes role based access controls, editorial approval routing, and taxonomy governance to enforce asset stewardship and publishing workflows.
As an Adobe Experience Manager deployment delivering Digital Asset Management, the solution centralizes media for web delivery and supports ongoing content operations through repository management, rendition pipelines, metadata governance, and editorial workflow orchestration.

In 2019, AmSpec deployed SendinBlue on their public website as a Marketing Automation solution to centralize web-driven email and customer engagement workflows. The SendinBlue deployment follows a SaaS architecture with embedded tracking scripts and on site subscription forms, and it is used to manage email campaign creation, contact list segmentation, form based lead capture, automated email sequences, and transactional message delivery through the SendinBlue platform.
Operational scope for the implementation covers marketing and corporate communications teams, with configuration focused on web lead capture, consent management for inbound contacts, campaign scheduling, and engagement tracking tied to the website. Governance and operational ownership rest with marketing for list management and campaign approvals, while IT is responsible for maintaining the embedded tracking and account settings for SendinBlue.
