| Tata Consultancy Services | Legacy | TCS iON Digital Campus | Education ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2019 | In 2018 Anant National University began an implementation of TCS iON Digital Campus, an Education ERP, with vendor Tata Consultancy Services. The engagement ran from August 2018 to May 2019 and targeted a campus wide ERP footprint covering administrative and academic operations. The project implemented and configured all modules of the Education ERP from scratch, including HRMS, Procurement & Inventory, Finance & Accounting, Digital Campus, Payroll, User Access and Reports & Communication. Workstreams emphasized master data setup, data collection and loading, end to end configuration and transaction testing. Reports and communication modules were built to support operational analysis and tracking. Execution followed formal governance with project kickoff, project planning and solution walk throughs with process owners, proceeding to BRD development and fitment gap analysis. Delivery employed Agile software methodology with iterative configuration sprints, user training on module configuration and transactions, and adoption driving activities. Strategic business analysis was applied through stakeholder identification, data modelling, wire framing, mock ups and prototype creation, and the team supported presales methods. Operational scope covered central administrative departments including HR, finance, procurement, inventory and campus operations, with user access and role based controls configured for administrative and academic staff. TCS iON Digital Campus served to centralize core administrative workflows and reporting within the Education ERP environment. |
