Wolters Kluwer Legacy Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix Legal Practice Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Anderson & Quinn implemented Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix, a Legal Practice Management application. The deployment targeted the firm’s civil litigation and workers' compensation workflows and supported attorneys and legal assistants operating from Rockville, Maryland and across the United States. The Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix implementation focused on timekeeping and billing modules, matter management, calendaring, document and file management, and docketing workflows common to Legal Practice Management systems. Configuration aligned with existing daily attorney time capture processes, including time entry into the TABS billing system and monthly draft bill review cycles used by staff. Integrations and exchange channels were configured to support electronic billing workflows, with finalized billing submissions sent electronically to Legal Exchange, Novant, Tymetrix and Counseling as part of established firm processes. The deployment also centralized scanned mail intake and client file storage to ensure appointment dates, court appearances and statutory deadlines across Maryland District and Circuit Courts, Federal Courts and District of Columbia courts were recorded and surfaced to attorneys’ calendars. Operational governance emphasized administrative intake and calendar management by legal assistants, and attorney accountability for daily time entry and billing review. Wolters Kluwer Tymetrix served as the centralized platform for matter records, billing and calendaring, standardizing case file organization and billing submission workflows within the small firm environment.
