The Wayne Reaves DMS implementation was sized for a small dealer footprint, with role based access controls and configuration of user profiles for sales, F&I, service technicians, parts staff, and back office accounting. Integrations included direct use of the dealer website which is using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, enabling inventory feeds and lead capture from the public storefront into Wayne Reaves DMS. Operational coverage remained within the dealership, connecting front office sales and service desks to a single application instance, and aligning online inventory presentation with the DMS inventory master. Governance centered on a single site implementation model, with a small number of administrative power users responsible for system configuration, data hygiene, and user provisioning. Rollout activities prioritized process alignment for sales and service workflows, training for frontline staff, and establishing basic data governance and access policies to maintain transactional integrity in the Wayne Reaves DMS Dealership Management environment.
