In 2021, Anjoka implemented Onboard ATS as its candidate management platform. The Onboard ATS deployment serves as Anjoka's Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System and is exposed on the company career site to host job listings and collect applicant submissions via the public jobs page.
The implementation centers on standard applicant tracking capabilities, including job requisition publishing, configurable application forms, candidate intake and profile management, pipeline stage tracking, and scheduling support for recruiter and hiring manager workflows. In 2021, Anjoka implemented Nanea Order as an Online Food Ordering System for its in-house catering operations. Anjoka acted as an early partner to vendor Nanea, supporting establishment and rollout of the nanea.app Self-ordering in the restaurant Gastro 2.0 solution across the company’s catering sites. The deployment centered on mobile self-ordering, enabling customers to place orders directly from their own mobile phone, with Nanea Order configured for menu presentation, order capture, and in-venue checkout flows typical of an Online Food Ordering System. Functional capabilities emphasized customer-facing ordering, branch-level menu configuration, and operational order handling for catering teams. Rollout covered all of Anjoka’s in-house catering branches, with branch level onboarding and configuration completed so the software solution is already in use across those sites. The implementation impacted front of house and catering operations, centralizing mobile ordering workflows and standardizing how customers place orders via the Nanea Order Online Food Ordering System.
