KeyMark engineered the solution and integrated Hyland OnBase with AnMed Health’s accounting system to group invoice images with transactional records and streamline retrieval. The integration enables document distribution by email, controlled auditor access to image archives, and offsite backup storage to support disaster recovery and secure long term retention. The implementation restructured accounts payable workflows by eliminating manual filing and misfiling, centralizing the invoice archive, and enabling end users such as financial analysts, accounting staff, managers and auditors to locate documents electronically. Reported outcomes include efficiency gains, faster electronic retrieval and sharing of invoices, improved vendor service, decreased paper storage needs and time savings during audits, with the organization evaluating a future extension into electronic approval processes.
