In 2020, Annabel'S deployed Hikvision MinMoe Terminals from Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology across Caprice Holdings venues. The deployment used Hikvision MinMoe Terminals classified under Time Clock (Hardware) to provide touch free preliminary temperature screening and staff access control during COVID era reopenings.
KBO Fire & Security deployed a mix of MinMoe temperature screening terminals and MinMoe standalone terminals, configured as hardware endpoints at venue entrances to perform touch free temperature checks and entry authorization consistent with Time Clock (Hardware) functionality. Installation and on site commissioning by KBO enabled the terminals to operate as standalone screening and access control points, reducing the need for manual temperature checks.
The rollout covered restaurants and clubs within the Caprice Holdings estate, including Annabel'S, and delivered more than 100 solutions rapidly across UK sites. Operational scope focused on guest entry points and staff access gates, impacting front of house and security teams by embedding health screening into daily access workflows.
KBO Fire & Security coordinated the programmatic rollout and standardized touch free screening procedures to maintain consistent governance across locations. The implementation documented improved guest confidence and increased entry throughput as outcomes cited in the case study.
