Operational integration aligned Ascender Preceda with Ansvar financial operations by interfacing with the I90 finance system for financial posting and reconciliation workflows. The implementation supported HR advice and assistance to regional offices and centralized recruitment administration workflows such as interviewing and reference checking, aligning HR and payroll execution across Australia and New Zealand. Governance and process work included drafting HR policy and procedure documentation, contract interpretation and compliance with Fair Work Australia and other industrial instruments, assistance with risk and compliance auditing, and business continuity management responsibilities. The program institutionalized occupational health and safety administration and Return to Work Coordinator responsibilities within Ascender Preceda driven HR processes.
