In 2009, Ansvar implemented Ascender Preceda as its Core HR application. Ansvar Ascender Preceda Core HR supported centralized human resource administration and full end to end payroll for 165 employees across Australia and New Zealand.
The Ascender Preceda deployment covered functional modules for HR policy and procedure administration, contract administration, remuneration reviews including directors remuneration processing, management reporting, occupational health and safety administration, and return to work coordination. Payroll-specific capabilities implemented included payroll processing, payroll tax reconciliations across multiple states, superannuation compliance, novated lease administration, and month end processing and reconciliation.
Operational integration aligned Ascender Preceda with Ansvar financial operations by interfacing with the I90 finance system for financial posting and reconciliation workflows. The implementation supported HR advice and assistance to regional offices and centralized recruitment administration workflows such as interviewing and reference checking, aligning HR and payroll execution across Australia and New Zealand.
Governance and process work included drafting HR policy and procedure documentation, contract interpretation and compliance with Fair Work Australia and other industrial instruments, assistance with risk and compliance auditing, and business continuity management responsibilities. The program institutionalized occupational health and safety administration and Return to Work Coordinator responsibilities within Ascender Preceda driven HR processes.

In 2019, Ansvar implemented SSP Select Insurance. The deployment established SSP Select Insurance as the organization primary Insurance ERP platform to consolidate core insurance operations and support policy administration, billing and claims workflows in a single system.
Project workstreams documented and governed the technical and operational requirements. Deliverables produced for the program included a Non Functional Requirements Specification, a draft Training Plan and a Communications Plan, and the project team ran cross functional workshops to define configuration, data handling and workflow automation typical of an Insurance ERP implementation.
Implementation governance emphasized stakeholder liaison and training readiness. The project team liaised directly between SSP Group and Ansvar staff to align vendor configuration with Ansvar operational processes, and to coordinate communications, training and staged rollouts across underwriting, claims, finance and customer service functions.
