In 2018, Antelope Sales & Service deployed Lathem RFID Proximity alongside PayClock Online and PC600 proximity badge time clocks to manage a remote, multistate field workforce. The Lathem RFID Proximity implementation served as a Time Clock (Hardware) component paired with the PayClock Online cloud attendance service, centralizing time capture across field sites.
Deployment used PC600 proximity badge terminals at field sites to capture badge scans and mobile clock ins, with PayClock Online providing cloud based time and attendance management and manager visibility. The architecture routed terminal captures to the cloud service, enabling managers to view attendance data without manual consolidation of paper timecards.
The attendance feeds were integrated into HR and payroll processes to improve HR and payroll accuracy and to reduce manual payroll entry and administrative time, consistent with the company case study. The U.S. rollout covered Antelope Sales & Service multistate field operations and established centralized attendance governance and standardized clock in procedures affecting HR, payroll, and field management workflows.
