The deployment of IBS iLogistics Control Tower enabled operational visibility across transport modalities and camp logistics. Operational scope was focused on the Majnoon oilfield in Iraq, supporting airport and infield logistics as well as administrative functions tied to personnel movements. Business functions impacted included aviation operations, land transport coordination, camp services, HSE and HR for visa processing. The Control Tower centralized monitoring and coordination, creating a single operational locus for dispatch and movement oversight. Governance adjustments accompanied the rollout, instituting centralized dispatch protocols and standardized movement authorization and safety check procedures to align operations with regulatory requirements. The implementation targeted improved airport and infield logistics efficiency, strengthened regulatory compliance and enhanced personnel safety within the Iraqi operation. Rollout and operationalization were executed across relevant operational teams and site coordinators.
