In 2020, APM Automotive implemented wowintro ATS as its Applicant Tracking System on the corporate careers site. The wowintro ATS is deployed on the public hiring portal at https://apm.is-hiring.com/jobcampaign/list and serves as the primary candidate intake channel for external job applications.
The implementation configures core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition publishing to the careers site, web application capture, candidate profile and resume repository, pipeline staging for screening and interviewing, and automated applicant status updates. Configuration emphasizes career site integration and candidate workflow orchestration consistent with standard ATS functional modules.
Operational ownership rests with APM Automotive Talent Acquisition and HR teams, with the system handling applicant flows from posting to shortlisting across the companys Malaysia operations. The deployment is focused on recruitment and hiring functions, enabling hiring managers and recruiters to manage candidate progression and maintain a centralized applicant database.
Governance for the wowintro ATS centers on role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers, standardized application status workflows, and centralized job posting controls on the career portal. The implementation aligns the Applicant Tracking System with existing recruiting processes to centralize applicant intake and provide a single source of truth for open positions.

In 2017 APM Automotive implemented Infor LN as its Manufacturing ERP, migrating from Oracle PeopleSoft ERP to consolidate group finance and payroll operations. The Infor LN deployment targeted Group Finance and operational accounting across more than 20 subsidiaries, establishing a single transactional ledger for supplier invoices, payroll runs and statutory reporting.
The implementation configured core financial modules within Infor LN, including accounts payable, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, payroll processing for 20 plus subsidiaries, and business partner master data management. Functional workstreams documented during the rollout included invoice creation and processing, monthly payroll administration, staff claim processing, tax return preparation for audit, and recurring reconciliation tasks.
Operational integrations were explicitly implemented with bank payment channels and statutory agencies, payments executed by cheque or through Citidirect and payroll liaison workflows for EPF and Socso contributions and Income Tax clearance. The deployment supported named operating units such as APMCSS and APMER for monthly invoice and staff claim payments, and centralized business partner profile creation directly into Infor LN to support downstream accounting and payment flows.
Governance and process restructuring emphasized master data stewardship and monthly close cycles, with staff responsibilities for creating and updating Business Partner profiles, reconciling bank statements, and coordinating statutory filings. Infor LN served as the authoritative Manufacturing ERP platform for finance and payroll functions, enabling standardized accounts payable, payroll and audit support workflows across the APM Automotive group.
