Avabrava Legacy Avabrava ShopSetup eCommerce eCommerce n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, AppleHeart implemented Avabrava ShopSetup to deliver a combined consumer site and a B2B distributor portal called Mina sidor. The Avabrava ShopSetup deployment used the ShopSetup Commerce and CMS bundle, addressing both storefront content delivery and distributor self service requirements within an eCommerce architecture. Configuration centered on a unified commerce engine and content management layer, supporting product catalog management, segmented catalog and pricing logic for resellers, order capture workflows, and customer account management consistent with commerce platform practices. The Mina sidor portal was implemented as the primary B2B interface to enable distributor self service, order history access, and personalized product visibility while the consumer storefront handled direct retail transactions. The solution integrates with Pyramid ERP to synchronize product master data and order flows for Swedish resellers, enabling back office order processing and inventory reconciliation tied to the eCommerce operations. Operational scope covered Swedish reseller channels and direct consumer sales in Sweden, with governance oriented around centralizing eCommerce operations for the distribution business. Avabrava reports AppleHeart's B2B eCommerce grew approximately 93 percent year over year following the implementation.
