| M3 | Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise | M3 Accounting Core | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015, A&R Group implemented M3 Accounting Core as its core ERP Financial platform to support the company’s expanding hospitality portfolio. The implementation targeted A&R Hospitality Management, the hotel management division that operates 21 properties across Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi, with the intent to centralize financial reporting, labor management and property-level analytics for corporate and property managers. A&R deployed M3 Accounting Core alongside M3 Insight business intelligence and M3 Labor Management to create a unified, hotel-specific financial stack. Accounting Core was configured to produce industry-preferred financial statements and comparative P&Ls by importing historical data from Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise, while Insight provided ADR, OCC and RevPAR analysis and Labor Management delivered metric reporting, scheduling and overtime review capabilities. The solution was provisioned as a cloud-delivered reporting and back-office layer, designed for real-time access from property to corporate levels and to be compatible with hotel-brand PMS systems as a functional requirement. This architecture centralized financial and labor datasets, enabling monthly analyses without cross-team coordination and supporting faster, data-driven operational decisions across accounting, revenue, operations, human resources and food and beverage functions. Implementation governance emphasized vendor-led training and a structured onboarding process for new hotels, with M3’s implementation teams providing hospitality domain expertise during rollout. According to A&R, the deployment delivered improved operational workflows, time savings and cost reductions, and enabled managers to compare period-to-date reporting with forecasts and act on performance trends in real time. |
