The implementation focused on core learning management capabilities typical of the Learning and Development category, including a centralized course catalog, enrollment and assignment workflows, compliance and mandatory training management, curriculum sequencing and role based learning paths, and reporting dashboards for training completion and competency tracking. Configuration work emphasized content organization for store level requirements and manager access to learning approvals and team progress.
