The ProJEcta JE-ERP deployment provided ERP Financial coverage including finance and accounting modules as part of the JE-ERP suite and anchored business-management flows across the organization. The implementation concentrated on production and business-management processes, with ProJEcta JE-MES delivering shop floor execution and process control capabilities and ProJEcta JE-MOBILE enabling mobile data capture and operator interactions. JE-ERP was configured to handle finance and accounting workflows together with transaction orchestration that aligns production confirmations and costing inputs from the MES layer. Architecture and integration centered on an integrated production-control topology, where data flows were synchronized between ProJEcta JE-ERP, JE-MES, and JE-MOBILE to create a single operational record for production events and financial posting. The deployment covered ARCOM operations in Italy and tied production event data into business-management processes to support order-to-accounting continuity. Governance changes included consolidation of finance and accounting into the ProJEcta JE-ERP instance and restructured operational workflows to reflect MES-driven shop floor inputs and mobile-driven data capture. Process ownership was consolidated around enterprise financial controls and production operations to maintain coherence between shop floor execution and ERP Financial reporting.
