Operational coverage was company-wide, with finance, program management, and project controls adopting the EVMS workflows and data exchanges. Governance and rollout artifacts comprised an Earned Value Management System Description, software system user training, desktop instructions, and company-wide brown bag informative sessions. The program tracked Earned Value test pilot programs and executed a controlled Earned Value light deployment on the first contract award with requirements, aligning processes and training with the new EVMS.
