The implementation supported Argenta’s expansion into home and car insurance and established DXC Assure Rating as the system of record for product pricing and rating workflows. The deployment incorporated core pricing and rating capabilities together with quotation and subscription workflows, financials, and policy administration features. DXC Assure Policy functionality is cited in the program as providing product templates, multichannel support and end to end portfolio administration, and these capabilities were configured to support back office screens and front office setups used by branch staff to register and manage new client contracts and billing. DXC Technology managed and ran the solution as a SaaS service offering, performing operations and updates for the DXC Assure Policy components that support pricing, quotations, subscriptions and financial settlement. Operational coverage focused on Argenta branches and central administration in the Belgian market, with the platform integrated into branch front office and back office workflows for underwriting, policy servicing and billing. Governance was structured around a vendor managed service model where DXC operates the application stack and release cadence, enabling Argenta to concentrate on product simplification and customer experience. Argenta leadership framed the outcome as cost reduction through economies of scale and a focus on their insurance pillar, summarized by Chief Operating Officer Ann Brands that the partnership allows simple processes, simple products and amazing our customers.
