Operational coverage emphasized core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and financial reporting consistent with a finance module roll out. The program included definition of a data migration strategy and hands on assistance during data conversion, plus writing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing across finance and project accounting workflows. Governance followed a MOE integration model with staged design workshops, formal CRIM specification and test cycles, and planned go live in 2025. The engagement includes continued support after production to stabilize finance operations and to complete final cutover activities.
