In 2004, Arktis Software GmbH signed a distribution agreement with INtex Publishing to distribute INtex Trip across the German-speaking market. The agreement positioned INtex Trip as an Expense Management application for finance teams, explicitly targeting travel and expense workflows and extending INtex Publishing’s footprint in the DACH region.
The implementation emphasis aligned with finance-focused Reisekosten functionality, deploying INtex Trip to support expense reporting, travel allowance accounting, and reimbursement workflows. Configuration and channel packaging were oriented toward German language localization and reseller-ready commercial bundles, reflecting typical Expense Management capabilities required by mid-market retail finance teams.
Operationally the distribution deal expanded availability of INtex’s Reisekosten solution to end customers and resellers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, using Arktis’s channel relationships to drive regional reseller enablement. Governance centered on distribution and commercial rollout, with Arktis managing local sales, localization requirements and reseller licensing for finance and travel & expense business functions.
