In 2018, Arpavie implemented Artlist HitFilm in the category through an AMOA and development engagement that ran from April 2018 to September 2018. The engagement began with structured requirements collection with the administration team including the director, deputy director, doctor, health manager, and accountant, and progressed to formal specification drafting and facilitation of stakeholder meetings.
The project scope encompassed functional analysis, creation of specification documents, and development of supporting tools using VB and Excel to streamline business inputs into the Artlist HitFilm workflow. Test and validation cycles were executed against those specifications, and continuous improvement loops were established to refine functional behavior and toolsets.
Operational coverage included administration and training across multiple sites, with consultant-led sessions to train staff and managers and to drive adoption of Artlist HitFilm. A commercial video was produced using Hitfilmexpress pro software as part of the adoption and communications program to demonstrate finished content workflows.
Governance and rollout responsibilities were carried by the AMOA consultant, who facilitated meetings, produced test artifacts, delivered training materials, and supported handover to operational teams. The engagement delivered specifications, validated test results, and a training regimen to support ongoing use of Artlist HitFilm.
