| Intuit | Legacy | Intuit QuickBooks Online | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010 Arroyo Pools centralized its accounting, payroll, and retail financial processes using Intuit QuickBooks Online. The deployment positioned Intuit QuickBooks Online as the primary ERP Financial system for the company, consolidating vendor payments, accounts receivable, payroll tax deposits and W2s. The implementation supported office and retail operations at the Villa Park, CA office and was operated by an office manager overseeing a small team and supervising four service employees.
Functionally the implementation encompassed accounts payable workflows for vendor and subcontractor payments, accounts receivable and collections workflows including suspension of service for accounts past due more than two months, payroll processing and federal and state tax remittance, and inventory and sales and use tax reporting for the retail store. QuickBooks was used to maintain job files, record time sheets and commissions per pool for job costing, and to prepare reports for external accountants. The retail point of sale environment continued to use Lightspeed, creating an operational integration point between store sales records and the QuickBooks financial ledger, and governance practices included maintaining employee files for tax compliance, counting inventory every two months to reconcile stock with books, and running bank deposit and supplier ordering processes through QuickBooks.

| Lightspeed Commerce | Legacy | Lightspeed OnSite | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, Arroyo Pools implemented Lightspeed OnSite as its Point Of Sale. The deployment centered on a single retail store and office in Villa Park, CA, supporting a small workforce of roughly five employees and a retail counter staffed by two other employees.
Lightspeed OnSite served as the transactional and inventory control node for retail sales, cash handling, receipt issuance, and point of sale item lookups. Configuration emphasis included register-level sales processing, periodic physical inventory reconciliation performed every two months, and retail SKU management to support in-store parts sales and customer checkouts.
Accounting and payroll functions were managed through QuickBooks beginning in March 2010 while Lightspeed OnSite covered front-end sales and inventory records, creating the operational pairing between POS transactions and the company accounting workflow. Operational coverage extended to order placement for suppliers, preparation of bank deposits from in-store receipts, and sales and use tax reporting for the retail store.
Governance and process responsibilities were centralized with the office manager who ran the register, supervised four service employees, conducted inventory counts, handled collections and accounts receivable follow up, and maintained employee files and time tracking for payroll processing in QuickBooks. Lightspeed OnSite therefore supported retail operations, inventory control, and cashier governance within Arroyo Pools retail and office business functions.
