Functional Specifications Design deliverables were produced for GL, AP, PO, iProcurement and iExpense, and test artifacts were prepared using AIM TE020 unit testing and AIM TE040 process testing documentation to support User Acceptance Testing.
Governance and project controls followed a four stage project lifecycle, with AS-IS capture using AIM BP040, TO-BE proposals in AIM BP080, and GAP analysis recorded in AIM BR010. Subsequent design and setup documentation included MD050 and BR100, and the team executed FSD creation, UAT and user training in iProcurement and the procure-to-pay cycle prior to transition to production.
