In 2021 Artima Design deployed Minutemailer as its website Marketing Automation solution. The Minutemailer installation is embedded on the Artima Design website to support customer engagement and email driven commerce workflows for the Swedish retail site.
Configuration focuses on email campaign management, subscriber list management, segmentation, web lead capture forms and behavioral tracking for automated messaging, reflecting typical Marketing Automation capabilities. The deployment is site centric and proportional to a 10 person retailer, with operational ownership concentrated in marketing and e commerce functions and centralized campaign and workflow control maintained within the Minutemailer application.
