The re-implementation centered on IBM Maximo core EAM capabilities and Interloc’s Mobile Informer mobility stack, including the Informer Work Management application for mobile work order lifecycle handling, asset and materials management, preventive maintenance planning, job plans and contract records. The deployment supported offline and online mobile technician workflows, assignment of work orders directly to technicians or maintenance providers, and a refreshed asset master built to the airport’s specifications.
Operational coverage targeted airport maintenance and facilities functions, with implementation work coordinated between Aruba Airport Authority maintenance teams and external maintenance providers. The selection of Interloc Solutions followed peer benchmarking visits to Schiphol and JFK International Terminal where Interloc’s Mobile Informer over Maximo approach demonstrated airport-specific EAM practices, informing configuration and mobile workflow design for terminal and airside assets.
