| NCR Voyix | Legacy | NCR Voyix Aloha POS | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 | In 2018, Ascend Hospitality Group implemented NCR Voyix Aloha POS to support its Point Of Sale operations. The deployment targeted private dining and events management at the Bellevue, Washington property while supporting restaurant-level POS functions across the Ascend Hospitality Group organization, a 600 employee leisure and hospitality operator based in the United States. NCR Voyix Aloha POS was configured to manage core Point Of Sale workflows including order entry, table and shift management, menu and pricing controls, payment processing, and event billing with deposit and payment tracking. Configuration work emphasized event-level pricing and contract billing capabilities to align with private dining sales processes, and reporting was provisioned to generate revenue and event-level financial views used by operations and sales teams. The POS operated in conjunction with reservation and event management tools referenced by Ascend Hospitality Group, including OpenTable, 7rooms, Tripleseat, Ctuit, Revel, and Allseated, and its transactional outputs were coordinated with accounting for expense reporting, accounts receivable, and payable processes. Operational coverage included front-of-house event capture, sales proposal reconciliation, and financial handoff to accounting, enabling cross-functional workflows between sales, events, operations, and finance. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with standardized event intake, contract and deposit handling, and new policies and procedures to increase efficiency, supported by user training and role-based access within the NCR Voyix Aloha POS environment. Private dining leadership documented sales and operational performance during this period, with the Private Dining Manager reporting 4 million sold in 2019, and used POS and related system reports to track revenue and manage proposals, deposits, and vendor payments. | |
