In 2022 Ascent Residential deployed ILoveLeasing CRM as its Construction CRM to support leasing and property management operations for a 396 unit Class A community in San Antonio, Texas. The deployment is tied to a single site operational model reported by the property manager who began in January 2022, and the system is the primary platform for onsite leasing activity and tenant lifecycle management at that location.
The ILoveLeasing CRM implementation focused on core leasing and resident engagement capabilities common to Construction CRM solutions, including lead capture and qualification, leasing workflow orchestration, applicant tracking and screening support, unit inventory and availability management, automated resident communications, and dashboard reporting for occupancy metrics. Configuration emphasized lease execution workflows and automated touchpoints to align onsite leasing staff activity with portfolio yield objectives.
Integrations were implemented to connect ILoveLeasing CRM with the property ecosystem, specifically Yieldstar for yield and pricing alignment, RealPage for property management data exchange, and the site P.O. systems referenced by operations. These integrations enable synchronization of unit availability, pricing signals, and financial posting between ILoveLeasing CRM and adjacent operational systems, supporting leasing, revenue management, and onsite administrative processes.
Operational governance centered on the onsite property manager who directly supervises a staff of eight, with role based access controls, standardized leasing procedures, and centralized reporting introduced as part of the rollout. The implementation supported business functions across leasing, property management, revenue management, and onsite administration, establishing ILoveLeasing CRM as the transactional and engagement hub for the Ascent Residential San Antonio property.
