Architecturally the Finacle suite was provisioned as an integrated core with channel components, delivering seamless transactions regardless of channel, location, or time. The deployment covered customer facing channels and back office operations across AGD Bank in Myanmar, aligning digital services, transaction processing and operational workflows under a unified Core Banking platform. AGD Bank established program governance with cross functional oversight from IT, operations and customer service, and executed a phased rollout approach to manage configuration, testing and cutover of core and digital channel modules. Change management activities were organized to retrain operations and customer support teams and to adapt transaction handling and exception workflows to the new system. The Infosys Finacle implementation was announced by the vendor and bank as enabling AGD Bank to expand its client base while significantly enhancing productivity and profitability. The deployment emphasized end to end channel integration and centralized processing to support the bank's customer experience and growth objectives. |
