Integrations are explicitly governed and synchronised between Unit4 ERPx and ABRSM's CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, with API connectivity developed by PwC CTech used to keep transactional and master data aligned. The estate also includes managed subscription services integrated into financial processes such as PTX for BACs encryption, Avalara for VAT reporting, and XE.com for foreign exchange rates, and the rollout maintains separate production and gold environments for change promotion and testing. Governance is operationalized through documented change management across PROD and GOLD, license and access oversight, and a roadmap for ongoing system improvements driven by the Head of Transactional Finance and the Senior Finance Systems Manager. The Senior Finance Systems Manager acts as superuser for system changes and integrations, oversees testing and training, addresses audit related system findings, and prioritises automation and enhancement opportunities to maintain compliance and financial control. |
