In 2020, Astem implemented Cybertrust Japan SSL on its corporate website. Cybertrust Japan SSL, a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) solution, was provisioned for Astem's public-facing web properties to enable encrypted HTTPS sessions and server authentication. The deployment is observable on the company website source and is scoped to web-facing channels.
Configuration and operational setup included certificate issuance and installation, trust chain provisioning, TLS configuration, and certificate lifecycle management including renewal processes. The Cybertrust Japan SSL deployment is integrated into Astem's web hosting and web server environment and is managed by corporate IT for certificate administration.
