The implementation focused on centralizing transactional finance and HR processing, with the Oracle E-Business Suite configured to support Accounts Payables, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Internet Expenses modules for the organization.
The technical implementation included application administration and support for the Oracle E-Business Suite, development of SQL reports using SQL Developer and Toad, and report maintenance for Oracle Discoverer and Web ADI. Functional capabilities implemented included transaction processing, payroll execution, procure to pay workflows, receivables and revenue accounting, and fixed asset accounting, with test scenarios and test cases developed to validate configurations and business rules prior to changes being authorized.

Disaster recovery planning was supported for all core applications, and end user support and training were provided to sustain day to day operations and cross system processes.
Governance and operational controls included quarterly system reviews, creation of project documentation required for authorization to implement major production changes, and provision of data for internal and external audits. Project leadership responsibilities covered development and maintenance of project plans using Microsoft Project Server and management of business process re-engineering efforts to identify gaps and improvements in Finance, Procurement and HR workflows.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
Atlantic LNG implemented IBM Maximo CMMS in 2020 as part of a rapid digitalisation push that prioritized remote-capable maintenance and safety workflows during the pandemic. The deployment supported Atlantic LNG’s Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) needs by centralizing maintenance execution and asset information to sustain operations under public safety constraints.
The IBM Maximo CMMS rollout emphasized core Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) capabilities, including work order management, asset registry and hierarchy, planned maintenance scheduling, mobile workforce support, and safety inspection capture. Configuration focused on mobile and intrinsically safe device data capture to enable live reporting from field crews, while automation enabled standardized work order lifecycles and trend-backed maintenance planning.
Maximo served as a primary maintenance data source for the enterprise Business Intelligence programme, with new automated report processes refreshing data extracted from key enterprise applications such as Maximo. The Connected Worker initiative provided live, helmet-mounted analytics and field reporting that were consumed alongside Maximo-sourced maintenance and asset records to improve situational awareness for safety walk downs, planned maintenance, and remote vendor support.
Governance and rollout combined research, design, and sourcing to define requirements for the Digital Roadmap, aligning maintenance, operations, safety, and engineering teams to new remote-first workflows. Explicit outcomes documented by Atlantic LNG include faster decision-making from real-time data, more accurate trend reporting, optimized field time, and reduced travel, accommodation, and standby costs while enabling planned maintenance and safety activities with off-site vendor participation.
