In 2024, Attitude Canada implemented Syspro Sales Order Management. The Order Management deployment automated B2C Shopify and B2B Amazon EDI sales order processing into Syspro using Codeless Platforms' BPA Platform, removing manual order entry and orchestrating downstream transaction flows.
The implementation focused on order intake automation, automated advance shipping notice generation, and invoicing automation within the Syspro Sales Order Management solution. Configuration work included order validation rules, data mapping for Amazon EDI and Shopify payloads, and automation logic to trigger ASN and invoice creation, aligning with standard order-to-cash workflows for manufacturing distributors.
Integrations were built through Codeless Platforms' BPA Platform to connect Shopify storefronts and Amazon EDI feeds directly into Syspro, creating a middleware layer for data transformation and routing. The integration covers Attitude Canada’s Canadian operations and ties order capture to fulfillment and finance systems, reducing manual handoffs between sales, distribution, and accounting teams.
Operational governance shifted toward centralized automated order processing with exception handling and defined escalation workflows for orders that fail validation. The project went live in 2024 and significantly reduced daily manual order-processing effort, freeing staff time and improving fulfilment accuracy.
