The implementation focused on a self checkout capability within Mi9 Store POS, configured to handle payment acceptance and POS transaction processing while maintaining real time inventory visibility tied to merchandising. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included self checkout interfaces, transaction routing and POS ledger functions, together with analytics telemetry to support inventory visibility and store level operational efficiency. Integrations connected Mi9 Store POS to existing Mi9 merchandising and analytics modules so sales and inventory events feed corporate merchandising and store operations workflows. The effort was run as a pilot across US hardware stores with centralized configuration and monitoring, and governance aligned to store operations and merchandising teams to manage rollout and operational change.
