In 2015 AudienceView implemented SutiAP as its AP Automation solution. SutiAP is an online accounts payable system that covers the entire process of invoice capture, matching, approval, and payment and was configured to support recurring and one time ACH payments with real time tracking of payments and invoices.
The AudienceView deployment of SutiAP included core modules for invoice capture and automated matching, configurable approval workflows, and a payments module to orchestrate ACH disbursements. Approval workflows were customized to mirror the company internal hierarchy, enabling a bookkeeper to log in to manage approvals and to set up payments. SutiAP was provisioned with optional add on modules such as a help desk feature, expense reporting, and additional analytics.
Operationally the SutiAP implementation targeted finance and accounts payable functions, centralizing invoice processing and payments under the accounts payable team and bookkeeping staff. Governance was implemented through configurable approval rules and role based access controls to align approval authority with internal reporting lines and to provide audit trails for invoice approvals and payment execution.
Clients cited for using SutiAP include Four Seasons, AudienceView, Hardy Diagnostics, and IPT Global, indicating vendor footprint across professional services and hospitality customers. The AudienceView implementation of SutiAP reinforced core AP Automation functions including invoice lifecycle management, approval customization, and ACH payment processing.

In 2022, AudienceView deployed Docebo LMS for Learning and Development on their website to deliver on demand training and course access to external and internal audiences. The implementation surfaces Docebo LMS as the public facing learning delivery layer embedded in AudienceView's corporate site, making the application the primary conduit for online learning content distribution.
The Docebo LMS implementation leverages core learning management capabilities, including course catalog and enrollment, learning paths and curriculum sequencing, a content library with SCORM and xAPI compatible content support, and built in reporting and analytics for learner progress. Configuration emphasis centers on catalog taxonomy, role based access controls, and administrator managed learner provisioning to support both customer education and staff training workflows.
Operational coverage spans customer education and internal employee development functions, with Docebo LMS used to host product training, certifications, and role based learning journeys. The deployment positions the Learning and Development application to coordinate content lifecycle management and learner onboarding directly through the LMS interface rather than separate portals.
Governance and operational ownership are organized around Learning and Development and Customer Success functions, which manage content approval, course publication schedules, and learner support processes through Docebo LMS administrative controls. Ongoing administration is expected to focus on content versioning, access governance, and periodic catalog reviews to sustain the website delivered training experience.
