The deployment focused on core CMMS modules including work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, an asset registry keyed to major mobile plant such as Komatsu trucks, excavators and dozers, spare parts inventory tracking, and mobile workforce enablement for on‑site technicians. Pronto XI Maintenance Management was configured with inspection and service checklists that mirror pre‑start checks, fault finding and ‘‘what went wrong’’ review workflows used by Leading Hand and HD fitters, and with asset hierarchies reflecting serialized heavy equipment. Operational coverage extended to maintenance crews, planners, supervisors and stores personnel, with the system capturing detailed records of repairs, services and parts usage as noted in field job requirements. Integrations were implemented at the workflow level to align planner and superintendent maintenance priorities with shop floor execution, and to provide mobile access for fitters working FIFO and DIDO rosters so that work orders and inspection records are recorded at point of service. Governance was established through role based access for fitters, planners and supervisory roles, standardized work order templates and inspection forms, and an operational rollout that incorporated crew training and configuration of maintenance schedules to match Aurenne rostering patterns. Pronto XI Maintenance Management was positioned as the single maintenance record of truth for on‑site maintenance, equipment condition reporting and parts consumption tracking across the company maintenance function.
