Configuration emphasized role based assignment and expiry management consistent with regulated healthcare compliance needs.
Operationally the implementation is administered by HR and compliance leads, and it is used by clinical teams and corporate staff to complete required training and maintain records. The solution is surfaced on the Auscare Group website for direct staff access and is structured to support ongoing audit reporting and compliance evidence capture.

In 2023 Auscare Group implemented Nightingale Client Management as part of a Specialist Admissions Partner engagement in Perth WA running September 2023 to June 2024. The deployment targeted Patient Management functions to support admissions, client records and ongoing care workflows for the organisation.
The Nightingale Client Management implementation configured support planning modules, client record management, and stakeholder engagement workflows, and it included structured onboarding documentation updates. The project supported organisational learning by delivering training and knowledge transfer for carers and other staff to operate Nightingale Client Management and the broader business management systems.
A SharePoint data migration into the Client Management System was successfully developed and implemented, consolidating historical client documentation into Nightingale Client Management. The migration created a single document ingestion path into patient records to reduce fragmentation of admissions and care documentation.
Operational governance covered Specialist Admissions in Perth WA and formalised engagement with Trusts Managers, NDIS representatives, Guardians and the Health Department to support client wellbeing. Governance work included updating onboarding documentation and operational processes, and the engagement reported KPI achievements such as timeously developed support plans and effective stakeholder engagement to support carer learning and client needs.
