Configuration work included chart of accounts rationalization, tax and statutory reporting setup, role based security for finance users, and configuration of operational master data to support integrated financial ledgers. Integrations were implemented with the Microsoft ecosystem to extend functionality, including Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Field Service to align service and customer records with financial transactions, Power BI for analytical reporting and dashboards, and Power Apps for lightweight user interfaces and task automation. Azure Cognitive Services was introduced to surface AI capabilities within the solution architecture, and connectors and APIs were used to orchestrate data flows between Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and the Power Platform components. Governance and rollout followed an integrated approach led by Advance Computing, with phased go live waves across finance and operations, centralized master data governance, documented financial controls and change management for cross functional teams. Operational coverage extended to finance, procurement, inventory management and customer and field service touchpoints to ensure transactional integrity across the end to end financial footprint.
