In 2018, AWH implemented MYOB Greentree as its ERP Financial system. The deployment targeted core finance and accounting operations and was rolled out across AWH's 15 sites in Australia, establishing MYOB Greentree as the primary financial ledger and transaction engine for the business.
The MYOB Greentree implementation focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management and transaction level reporting, with configuration for period close and financial controls. Financial reporting workflows were coordinated with Prophix and Tableau which provided corporate performance management and business intelligence layers while preserving MYOB Greentree as the authoritative financial source.
The solution was provisioned in a hybrid infrastructure environment, operating on on premise VMware vSphere hosts and Windows Server platforms, alongside cloud resources in AWS and Microsoft Azure, with backup and resilience managed through Veeam Backup and Replication, Druva Phoenix and IBM i offsite tape backup. MYOB Greentree operated alongside Cargowise for logistics workflows and HumanForce for workforce management, enabling ERP Financial data alignment with logistics and scheduling systems used by operations.
Operational governance was retained within AWH IT, with level 2 and level 3 administration, ongoing monitoring of server and network status, scheduled backups and monthly availability and backup reporting. System administration responsibilities included security and infrastructure controls, SAN storage monitoring and documentation for the multi site rollout, ensuring MYOB Greentree was managed as a central ERP Financial system within AWH's existing IT operations.
