In 2025 Autenti Poland consolidated multiple HR tools into PeopleForce PeopleHR to centralize Core HR, onboarding and document workflows for its HR and recruiting teams. The implementation focused on creating a single system of record for employee master data and onboarding case management, with the PeopleForce PeopleHR instance serving as the primary operational HR platform.
The deployment configured PeopleForce Core HR alongside PeopleForce Workflows, Desk and Recruit features to automate onboarding tasks, document lifecycle steps and service desk interactions for HR requests. PeopleForce PeopleHR was provisioned with workflow automation to orchestrate hire-to-join sequences, document routing and case escalation, and role-based access for HR and line managers.
Integrations included a direct integration with Autenti e-signatures and an integration with Optima ERP to ensure EU and local compliance for HR documents, linking signed documents to employee records and payroll records. The technical architecture centralized Core HR data in PeopleForce PeopleHR while extending functionality via Workflows and Desk connectors to recruiting and service processes.
Governance was established to standardize HR document templates and automated approval paths, aligning document retention and signature workflows to local compliance requirements. The rollout reduced tool sprawl and saved around 40% of HR time spent on onboarding, while consolidating onboarding, Core HR and document workflows into PeopleForce PeopleHR.
