In 2017 Auto One implemented Access Attache Accounts as its ERP Financial application to centralize accounts receivable and cash management functions. The deployment targeted day to day collections, banking and allocations, and cashflow projection workflows across Auto One Australia.
Access Attache Accounts was configured to support core accounts receivable modules, customer collections sequencing, payment allocations and cashflow forecasting. Implementation included an engagement model for debt collection developed using advanced Excel that was embedded into Attache operational workflows to standardize collector activity and reporting.
Operational coverage focused on the corporate retail finance team, with an Accounts Receivable Officer executing daily collections and banking on a $11M receivables portfolio. The environment was operated within a Pronto Attache operational context and supported routine posting, reconciliations and cash application processes.
Governance changes included formalizing a collection engagement model and instituting routine cashflow projection practices to improve working capital visibility. The project documentation reports a significant reduction in days sales outstanding and increased cashflows in the $11M portfolio as a direct result of the Access Attache Accounts based collections and cash management processes.
