In 2022 Automagenta implemented Volaris Incadea DMS as its Dealership Management platform to unify showroom and aftersales operations. The deployment focused on customer and vehicle master data management, service, parts and finance workflows to support a personalized customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
Volaris Incadea DMS was configured to provide an integrated dealer management footprint, combining core DMS capabilities with collaboration and productivity tools for cross‑functional transparency. The implementation used incadea.dms functional modules for sales and aftersales orchestration, parts inventory and service order handling, and financial posting and reporting, aligned to PSA Group standard processes.
Architecturally the implementation incorporates the PSA International Make Layer, a full integration layer exposing interfaces between the DMS and PSA systems for service, parts, finance and vehicle management. Automagenta leverages incadea’s open integration platform to connect third party applications and OEM systems, reducing the number of bespoke interfaces and simplifying the dealership IT landscape while preserving data quality between customer and vehicle records.
Governance and rollout followed PSA Group standardization principles, enabling reuse of standard processes and components which reduced implementation effort for local requirements. Automagenta reported improved data exchange and reduced manual data entry, allowing staff to allocate more time to customer interactions, and cited incadea.dms as a modern, user friendly solution aligned with dealer operational needs.
